Indoor Bowling

Linden Ridge LBC located at 2050 Chevrier Blvd. (Soul Sanctuary) will host an open house for all bowlers on Wednesday, October 9th from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

There is no charge to try out the new carpet and five rinks.  Please bring your own bowls as we will not have spare bowls. If you do not have your own bowls, please check with your respective club contacts to see if you can borrow for the day. Please wear appropriate flat soled shoes and in case of bad weather a change of footwear.

If you intend to attend Jitney during the winter at Soul Sanctuary you will need to rent or borrow from your respective clubs.  Due to storage limitations we will not have room to store extra bowls at this time.

Our inaugural season at Soul Sanctuary starts Wednesday October 23rd with League play in the morning (9:45 a.m.) and Jitney at 12:45 p.m. (games start at 1:00 p.m.). The charge is $5.00. Our season ends on April 29th, 2020.

Watch the Announcements page for schedule changes.

The GATEWAY location will continue to provide a Jitney at 12:45 pm Wednesdays– starting date to be announced.  Contact Emilie Ammazzini   for details.

The Triples League has been moved to our new location:

Soul Sanctuary, 2050 Chevrier Blvd. (just west of Waverley St.)

League Play  at 9:45 am – Jitney  at 12:45 pm

The TOMMY PRINCE location at 90 Sinclair Avenue will start their 2019-20 indoor season on Thursday, October 17, at 10 am.

For those of you not already familiar with this indoor location, the lawn bowling takes place in the oversize gym with three carpets (that are rolled out and put in place each week for our use).  There are bowls available to borrow, and all games are played following a random draw each time.

We have bowling on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays at 10 am – and the season runs from mid-October until mid-May.  The charge is $25 for the season; or $3 per drop-in visit.  For bowlers who are new to Tommy Prince, you may bowl three times with no charge before choosing to commit for the season and then start to pay the drop-in fee.

Bowling is open to all interested people and you need not be an outdoor lawn bowling club member to join us at Tommy Prince.  If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask.  Contact Sandra Mulholland, Secretary, at 204-895-8088
